Facing the Shadow is an introspective and spiritual retreat where you will learn to incorporate meditation, intention, creativity, and inner work to overcome both everyday and long term challenges. Good for singles.
This retreat is one of the deepest our guided adventures, consisting of mostly internal work and one on one sessions. You will learn a lot about yourself over the course of the weekend through spiritual development and guided exercise. This workshop-filled retreat will include sound baths, meditation, and other integrative activities. Explore difference aspects of your personify, both those familiar to you and those unknown with the support of a trained spiritual guide.
Itinerary
Day 1
Trust and comfort are an important part of this retreat, and we spend the first half of this day getting to know each other, our challenges, and our goals for the weekend. This will take place over an extended welcome lunch.
The majority of the workshops in this retreat are individually based or one on one. Experienced guides will help you pace your journey.
Day 2
We start the day off together, with a healthy breakfast and juice, before breaking away into our individual practices for the day.
We expect you will make your breakthrough today, and our guides are prepared to help you walk through.
We meet as a group to conclude our adventure and discuss our findings over a celebratory dinner, before parting ways.
